Support

Vorra helps create, style and export property floor plans. If something does not look right, the steps below usually help.

Common checks

• Make sure you are using the latest version from the App Store.
• Reopen the project and try the action again.
• If an export fails, check that the plan has visible geometry.
• If a drawing tool feels stuck, switch tools or return to Draw mode.
• For App Store subscriptions, use Apple’s Restore Purchases option when available.

Useful information when asking for help

• your device model and iOS, iPadOS or macOS version;
• what you were trying to do;
• a screenshot of the drawing and export/arrange screen, if relevant;
• whether the issue happens on every project or only one project.
